Its primary source of growth comes from supplying the needs of scientists and researchers studying the physical properties of metals and ceramics at very low temperatures. BUSINESS CHALLENGE:

Handling the bulk of its printing in-house – creating instruction manuals, magazines, brochures and other business materials – Lake Shore was dissatisfied with the copier service and support of its former vendor. With its contract expiring, Lake Shore researched different vendors that could better meet its needs and offer superior service.

Lake Shore researched many vendors and visited MOM’s state-of-the-art Solution Center before purchasing/leasing three Lanier copiers – two black-and-white and one full-color. Lake Shore’s state-of-the-art office fleet now compliments its state-of-the-art research facility.
