MOM determined it would be more cost efficient to eliminate the personal laser jet printers in the classroom and upgrade to a fleet of new networked multifunctional devices (MFD’s). Under MOM’s new contract the district saved thousands over the course of a year, which equated to significant savings over their contract terms. MOM has been able to cut costs at many school districts by educating our clients about the benefits to printing to MFD’s instead of personal laser jet printers.
Rolling Hills purchased 13 new Lanier MFD’s all with scan and print capabilities. With their upgraded and networked fleet, the teachers can print documents twice as fast. MOM made printing easier, affordable, and more efficient for the Rolling Hills School District faculty, staff, and students.
