Modern Office Methods Named to the Cincinnati Business Courier’s List of Largest Private Companies
Family-owned office technology and managed IT provider ranks #133 among Greater Cincinnati’s largest private companies ahead of its 70th anniversary year
CINCINNATI, OH, October 15, 2026 – Modern Office Methods (MOM) has been named a List Maker by the Cincinnati Business Courier, ranking #133 on the Courier’s 2026 list of the Largest Private Companies in Greater Cincinnati, ranked by revenue. The list is part of the Courier’s annual research compiled in its Book of Lists.
Founded in Cincinnati in 1957, MOM has grown from a local office equipment dealer into a regional technology partner with more than 250 employees and branch operations in Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton and Pittsburgh. The recognition kicks off a milestone year for the company: in 2027, MOM will celebrate 70 years in business.
Over seven decades, MOM has guided customers through every major revolution in office technology, from analog copiers to digital multifunction devices, managed print, cloud-based workflows, managed IT and cybersecurity. The 70th anniversary will be celebrated throughout 2027 and is shared with Optimized IT, which marks its own 40th year, making it a dual milestone for the MOM family of companies.
